Terms of Service

vCardForge ("the Service", vcardforge.com) provides browser-based tools for working with contact files: converting between VCF (vCard) and CSV formats, viewing vCard files, and generating vCard QR codes. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Free and Pro tiers

The core tools are free to use. The free tier limits CSV/VCF export to 100 contacts per file. The Pro tier is a one-time purchase that removes this limit and unlocks additional features as described on the site at the time of purchase.

Payments

Pro purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes. Paddle's terms also apply to your purchase.

License

A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell, reframe or redistribute the Service itself.

Your data

Files you process with the Service are handled locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for having the right to process the contact data in your files, and for complying with the laws that apply to that data.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions are error-free for every possible file. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
